Welcome to a world of bliss; Bliss Pastries! Gluten free pastries do not need to taste gluten free. I have been baking gluten free pastries (cookies, brownies, cakes and muffins) for over a decade. When my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005 most people had never heard of gluten and the few gluten free products on the market weren't good. I began to bake everything myself and over these past 10+ years I have perfected my recipes. Most people say they can't tell that our desserts are gluten free which is the biggest compliment. We have won the Best Gluten Free Menu in the Best of LI contest and Dan's Best of the Best for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. We were also the first gluten free cookie to win the title BEST COOKIE in the Best of LI contest in 2024 and just won again in 2025. I bake in a dedicated gluten free oven using dedicated gluten free equipment. Peace, love and pastries for all.
