Welcome to a world of bliss; Bliss Pastries! Gluten free pastries do not need to taste gluten free. I have been baking gluten free pastries (cookies, brownies, cakes and muffins) for over a decade. When my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005 most people had never heard of gluten and the few gluten free products on the market weren't good. I began to bake everything myself and over these past 10+ years I have perfected my recipes. Most people say they can't tell that my desserts are gluten free which is the biggest compliment. We even won the Best Gluten Free Menu in the Best of LI contest for 2022. I bake in a dedicated gluten free oven using dedicated gluten free equipment. Peace, love and pastries for all.
